In accordance with applicable US FTC regulations on clear disclosure of delivery times and conditions prior to purchase.
1. Where We Ship
Vander ships to the United States and China.
Orders shipped to China may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by Chinese customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vander has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within up to 2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal and Florida state public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Order processing: up to 2 business days
- Delivery to your address: 7–15 business days from dispatch
- Estimated total from order date: 7–17 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside Vander's control. In no case will delivery exceed 30 calendar days from your order confirmation date.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time at vander-us.com/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
5. Free Shipping
Vander offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Any applicable shipping costs will always be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
6. Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order — Vander cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification and may attempt re-delivery or retain the parcel at a local pickup point, depending on the carrier's standard procedures.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a customer-related issue — such as an incorrect address or failure to collect — we will contact you by email. Any re-shipping costs arising from such circumstances may be charged to you.
7. Inspect Upon Receipt
We recommend inspecting your parcel as soon as it arrives. If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Email us at help@vander-us.com within 48 hours, including photographs of both the packaging and the item inside.
- Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for the return or carrier claim process.
8. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe and tracking does not resolve the situation, please contact us at help@vander-us.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will liaise with the carrier and, as appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
