We're sorry it didn't work out — let's make your return easy. Vander offers a 90-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Before You Start

Please make sure your item meets our return conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition — never packed, carried, or used in travel
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories (dust bags, straps, locks, keys) included
  • No scratches, scuffs, stains, or odors
  • Request submitted within 90 calendar days of delivery

How It Works

  1. Submit the form below with your full name, email, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Securely repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked and insured service.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us at help@vander-us.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
